Coffee Hour featuring Carla from Brilliant Soul

Register 2016-01-13 15:00 2016-01-13 16:30 America/New_York Coffee Hour featuring Carla from Brilliant Soul

The Wednesday January 13th coffee hour topic is about doing your spiritual soul searching: Part II. It is about getting in touch with your true self in the course of everyday life, not having to meditate and set aside time you don’t think you have, to do that ‘work’. The intention of the talk is to help people become more present, calm down, and enjoy their lives more deeply, and ‘processing’ their soul work as they walk through their mainstream existence. Carla is familiar with the Resiliency Center of Newtown having done several Guided Healing Meditations here throughout the year. She will bring her calm, spiritual nature here once again to share with the entire community. This is a free event, and registration is not required. Please bring a friend … as we heal together through shared experiences and community.
